 Non-Returnable Products

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, Soaps and Ubtan fall under non-returnable items.

We do NOT accept returns or refunds for soaps and ubtan products once delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The product delivered is incorrect

 Eligible for Refund / Replacement

A refund or replacement will be provided only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is manufacturing-defective

  • You receive a wrong product

  Unboxing video or clear images may be required for verification.

 Return Window

  • You must raise a return/refund request within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted

 Refund Process

To initiate a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone

  2. Share:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product

  3. Once approved, return the product in its original packaging

  4. Our team will inspect the returned item

 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are completed within 5–7 working days after inspection

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

 Important Notes

  • Products used, opened, or tampered with will not be eligible

  • Natural products may show minor variations in color or texture — this is not considered a defect

  • Vrmagiconwheels reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification
