REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within [X hours] of being placed, as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return as per the terms below.

Returns

Due to the personal-care and hygiene-sensitive nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • A return request is raised within [X days] of delivery

Please note: For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products (soaps, ubtans, creams, and similar items) cannot be returned unless found defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within [X business days].
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup (where serviceable) or guide you on how to send the product back.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [X business days] of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If a refund is not received within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank, as processing times can vary.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless damaged/defective)
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable)
  • Gift hampers/combos once opened
